AGM 2021

Further to the letter sent to members in May 2021 regarding the holding of the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) for 2021 at Benefact House, 2000 Pioneer Avenue, Gloucester Business Park, Brockworth, Gloucester, GL3 4AW on 15th July 2021 at 2pm, the Company has decided to revise attendance arrangements for the Meeting.

In light of the coronavirus pandemic and the UK Government’s announcement regarding the delay to the lifting of restrictions on 21st June 2021, it will not be possible for members to attend the AGM in person and entry will not be permitted, unless the UK Government’s guidance has changed by the date of the Meeting. The Company very much regrets the need to impose this restriction on attendance as it regards the AGM as an important date in the Company's corporate calendar and a valuable opportunity to engage with members. However, it is vital that the Company adheres to Government guidance and prioritise the steps needed to slow the spread of the coronavirus and protect members, employees, directors, and the wider public.

Ensuring that members are able to vote and raise questions on the business of the Meeting remains a key priority. Members are therefore encouraged to vote on all resolutions by completing and returning the proxy form, appointing the Chairman of the Meeting as proxy, to the dedicated email address stated on the Notice.

Any questions on the business of the Meeting should be submitted in advance by writing to the Company Secretary at the dedicated email address (AGM2021@allchurches.co.uk) by no later than 2pm on 13th July 2021.

Members should continue to monitor the Company’s website for updates and announcements regarding the AGM.

The Board would like to thank all members for their co-operation and understanding in these challenging times.
